Krazy About Korean

One of the Epicurious Academics is somewhat cultishly attracted to Korean food, thus this little dinner after a long day at school took shape:


The spread: Kimchee, Rice, Soy Sauce, Korean Beef (not pictured: toasted nori and other banchan sides)

Just a simple post-farmers market scramble....

It looks a bit like a jumble but it certainly is yummy! The key is the sun-dried tomatoes and unfiltered olive oil!


Up close.... it doesn't look so yummy...














But far away it looks scrumptious!
